As a key member of the Business Systems team I identify, develop and implement business process improvements and perform support tasks including process mapping, documentation and implementation.• Ensure the preservation of the overall integrity of the systems and associated reporting tools including data integrity.• Identify and analyse software defects. Work with various parties as appropriate to resolve issues within core business applications.• Functionally test and document development changes within business systems. Aid the business in writing User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, test cases & scripts where testing is required by end users.• Support the Finance team (Te Hou) with their use of the ERP system and associated reporting tools, including data analysis, data cleansing, issue investigation and resolution.• Provide reporting and advice as \'Subject Matter Expert\' on the ERP to support decision-making needs.• Analyse expenditure relating to the system and generate a proposal to be fed into the annual budget and any forecasting.• Support the implementation and enhancement of the Purchase To Pay (P2P) process across the group.• Provide recommendations to improve the systems and business processes with a focus on simplification and efficiency.• Implement the approved recommendations and system/process improvement initiatives.• Drive future system upgrades and issue resolution, including generation (where required) and regular review of test scripts, co- ordination of system testing and undertaking system testing when necessary.• Perform system monitoring of BC, including exception reporting.• Perform data analytics and data cleansing as required.• Develop and maintain project management plans via online tools including tasks, due dates and assigned users.• Prioritise development requests, ensuring business cases are generated where required and the approval process is followed prior to embarking on development projects
