Lead the primary market research function, including strategic design of market segmentation, user experience, and consumer insights studies. In that role, I consult with clients on the strategic design of their research, both quantitative and qualitative, around key initiatives like new product development, digital user experience, and marketing effectiveness. I lead a team of Researchers and Statisticians who work directly with clients to deliver deep, bespoke insights. I am also responsible for working closely with our Sales & Growth teams to build Go-To-Market plans and sales enablement material to support the growth of Market Research Services across the organization.
