ABOUT SHIVAM KEDIA

I am a Financial Technology Advisor at HighRadius, a Fintech SaaS company that leverages AI-based Autonomous Systems to automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes. I have completed my graduation in Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Computer Engineering at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. My core competencies include sales processes, SMB, inbound marketing, and cybersecurity.As a Financial Technology Advisor, I manage the relationship with North American Small and Mid-sized Business clients, understanding their Accounts Receivable (O2C) process and playing an advisory role in suggesting best practices and solutions for their AR processes. I work with a team of specialists to connect B2B companies with HighRadius solutions that fit their needs and enhance their customer experience. I also contribute to the social media and digital media management of the National Service Scheme, a voluntary organization that provides social services and education to underprivileged students. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I have earned multiple certifications in cybersecurity, process automation, and data analytics and visualization. I am motivated by the opportunity to help businesses optimize their Receivables management operations and achieve their goals.
