Shiva Agrawal is a lifelong learner and solution-oriented human who believes strong relationships with people are cornerstone of success in life. Shiva is forward leaning, reflected by his certified Sustainability & Climate risk professional status and being one of the youngest professionals accepted in Executive post graduate leadership program at Oxford for Artificial Intelligence for Business. His deep understanding of the intersection of business, technology, people, marketing and compliance sets him apart and enables him to turn chaos of potential into reality in complex environments. As a Digital Leader within Finance & Control in Equinor, Shiva’s leads a key strategic objective for the board - the digitalization and automation for ICOFR and sustainability compliance. He leads stakeholder engagement, digital strategy, change management, analytics, automation, project management and implementation with a team of 20+ people across 7 countries. The program, with 100% adoption by users, has improved work patterns, insights and communication across lines of defense within business and IT. He is one of few leaders contributing to the strategic pathway for SAP Business AI & BTP portfolio for wider Finance & Control at Equinor. The innovative UX and real-time data-driven governance developed at Equinor are recognized by SAP and wider industry, positioning Equinor as one of innovative pioneers. As a GRC domain thought leader, he serves as a panelist and presenter in International conferences sharing the strategic approach to successful transformations. Prior to Equinor, he was a Senior Manager with decade of Big 4 experience across multiple markets. He gained hands-on techno-functional expertise, leadership and marketing experience while delivering enterprise-wide risk and compliance transformations for multiple Fortune 100 organizations across various industries and markets. During his bachelors, he founded a successful Search Engine Optimization service with offshore team of ~7+ people, helping him self-fund a significant portion of education fee.
