As a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) ROC Analyst at Stem, Inc, I play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of energy storage assets across a dynamic, AI-driven platform.My core responsibilities include: Monitoring real-time operations of BESS sites to ensure system stability, performance, and uptime. Dispatching and scheduling energy storage systems in alignment with grid demand, market signals, and customer requirements. Investigating and troubleshooting site faults and anomalies remotely to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency.🤝 Supporting field teams by providing remote assistance during on-site issue resolution and guiding them through effective troubleshooting steps. Conducting detailed root cause analysis for operational issues and escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.By working at the intersection of clean energy, technology, and operations, I contribute to the seamless integration of renewable energy and support Stem’s mission to build a smarter, more sustainable grid.
