Though I have participated on several special (detail) assignments to include Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief Learning Officer, Financial Analysts and Claims Analyst/Agent my permanent position is in the Division of Information Technology where I am the Project Manager for software development products and manager of the corporate survey solution. Successfully managed the transition of the survey capabilities from IT to end user clients corporate wide. Currently managing Enterprise Business Intelligence products to include the migration from on premise to Azure cloud.Coordinated the rollout of SAS ver. 9.2 to 342 clients located throughout the corporation. While the implementation was met with challenges, DIT quickly identified the causes and maintained a visible, hands-on and proactive approach to solving the problems. This ultimately won the customer’s confidence and comfort with the product. Provided recommendations to avoid similar problems during subsequent implementations.Previously I managed an Enterprise Architecture team evaluating in-house reporting tools that identified procedural, product and educational improvements to increase efficiencies and reduce redundancies.
