I like to build things that serve the community around me. I manage, coordinate, help build commercial projects that are unique and sustainable. To accomplish this, I focus on understanding the design in the preconstruction phase, execute on well-defined strategies, and build amazing team culture.I have enjoyed many positions throughout my career in project management, preconstruction, business development, and real estate. I can successfully estimate, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from $5M to $180M in size. To achieve this- I engage in understanding the design and owner expectations- I excel at managing overall project responsibilities as well as the execution of individual scopes- I am constantly reviewing schedule, construction cost, and design changes to make the project successful.I have gone beyond just my day job to create a proposal modeling video for 200-acre undeveloped land with a conceptualized proposal of Logistic park to help current owners find a potential buyer. This exercise involved understanding the land parcel, its best use, hiring an animation artist, and conceptual design and planning of the video. The owner is in the discussion stage with state government agencies for the land buyout.Proposal Video - & feature=youtu.beOver the last few years, I have developed a passion for value investing and also write about my investments on my blog - I completed a couple of financial modeling courses in the last year to gain more insights into the world of finance. Heavily influenced by Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger, and Mohnish Pabrai. I try to seek alpha through a data-driven, scuttlebutt approach, and by searching for hidden moats. I love reading annual reports, learning about business as well as mental models.On weekends, I am play tennis, read an investment book, watch insightful documentaries on Netflix, and sip stouts or cab francs. I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
