Supporting the overall success of multiple state locations. On Boarding new employees on their first day of work for the Arizona office locations. Dedicated liaison between Field Leadership, Employees and Recruiting team. Submit requests, schedule interviews, on boarding, set up IT equipment and schedule safety trainings for Arizona locations. Help manage and budget office supplies, rentals building maintenance. Issues and other office related expenses. Create an effective teamwork and collaboration by well-coordinated efforts in supporting other team members and leadership. Manage timesheets and day to day costs. Build and nourishe relationships with multiple Clients, Vendors, and subcontractors. Develop and lead my direct team to accomplish and over exceed company goals and expectations.
