The Manager (MGR), Proposal Support, is the supervisor of a proposal coordination functional (PCF) group. The Manager plans, performs, and coordinates proposal support efforts in support of proposals and manages the work of others who perform proposal coordination duties. The MGR and the PCF group works closely with proposal managers, capture managers, business developers, line managers, engineers, and SMEs and interacts with leadership across the organization. The MGR performs and supervises the work of the team, whose work includes:• Develop and manage proposal infrastructure • Coordinate meetings and events• Responsible for document compliance of all proposal deliverables within scope of coordinator duties (e.g, desktop publishing and formatting compliance, and graphics)• Administration of Tools, Customer support, and training on SP365/O365• Interacting with partners for data calls• SalesForce ObjectsThe MGR is responsible for performing and overseeing implementation, use, and management of department technology and tools, specifically to include SharePoint, as well as other technology tools used in the department. In-depth SharePoint admin and site development skills are required. Working with the Director/Mgr. of Proposals…. the MGR is responsible for ensuring that the company’s proposal SharePoint site meets the needs of the department and the company, and for developing and providing training to the PCF group, proposal managers, and others within the department and company.The GL investigates and recommends updates and changes in technology and works with other company departments (e.g, IT, Business Analysis). Critical attributes include exceptional teamwork, time management, flexibility, and organizational skills. Must understand documentation processes and proposal processes. Must be well versed in USGov, specifically DoD, procurement processes, methods and types of RFPs, and associated regulatory guidelines (including FAR 15, FAR 16, OTAs, etc.).
