I serve as the Vice President of Chapter Impact & Outposts at Blue Star Families, leading the national strategy, operational infrastructure, and sustainability of our field network, which currently spans 13 Chapters and more than 20 Outposts, with continued expansion underway toward 48+ locations.I oversee field growth, revenue performance, partnership alignment, leader development, and culture-building across the network, ensuring each location is positioned for long-term sustainability and high-impact community outcomes. In partnership with the EVP and national program leadership, I translate organizational strategy into field execution and scalable local impact.My work bridges strategy and operations, advancing multi-year sustainability pathways, strengthening regional ecosystems around military installations, and ensuring alignment between funders, community partners, and on-the-ground delivery. Under my leadership, the Outpost model also serves as a scalable engine for future Chapter growth.Grounded in trust, accountability, and system design, my leadership philosophy is people-first and data-informed. I am committed to building a national network where military families feel seen, supported, and rooted in a true sense of belonging wherever they serve or call home.
