I prioritize building strong relationships with our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, & ensuring their satisfaction. I also explore collaborations with other artisans or retailers, seek out new sales channels, or even expand my product line to cater to evolving customer demands. My job role also includes strategic planning & business development. I identify market trends, analyze customer preferences, & explore opportunities for growth.
