Responsible for the complete Project execution of Solar plants as per design with Standard of Quality Policy & EHS Policy Project Execution, Installation & Commissioning of 400kv, 220KV, 132KV, 66KV and 33KV Substations. Erection & Commissioning of Transformer, Power Panel (HT<), Capacitor Panel, Control Panel, VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker), LA (Lightning Arrestor, CT (Current Transformer), PT (Potential Transformer) & Isolator. Power Cable Laying (Copper Cable 240sqmm & Aluminum Cable 400 sqmm) & Termination in Power Panel, Generator Terminal Box, and Junction Box & Transformer HT & LT Terminal Box Preparing all type of commissioning procedures for 400 KV /220 KV Switchyard commissioning including transformers. Co-ordination with Head Office regarding progress of the project and also changes in drawing according to the site condition. Involved in preparing technical specifications including BOQ, resource & task scheduling, resource deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the project. Scheduling of site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization. Preparing & Revising control cable schedule for Switchyards Shall be responsible for FAT of CRP pkg at vendors works with end-to-end coordination. Visiting at Site for Switchyard testing & commissioning and Site Support. Responsible for testing of all make relays (GE, ABB & Siemens) at Site. Responsible for the relay setting for Line protection, Transformer protection, Bus bar protection and feeder protection etc.
