About Shayda Safapour
As a business development professional, I am capitalizing on my analytical skills gained from practicing law and my strategic planning skills from working on the management side of the business. My coaching programs and knowledge of the legal world assist fellow attorneys in helping them gain visibility and increase revenue with prospects and clients. As an advocate for the firm\'s Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives and a member of the firm\'s Women\'s Resource Group, I bring attention to the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace and community at large. Outside of my day job, I serve on the Executive Committee of the Council of Religious Leaders of Metropolitan Chicago, as a representative of the Baháʼí Faith, to help build bridges and create dialogues between multiple faiths and cultures, frequently speaking on a variety of topics, including gender equality and race unity.
