Current Duties Include:* Handling the largest claims in the country for 11 Western States.* Having a customer-centric focus led by empathy and compassion.* Hands-on concierge service from start to finish on all claims.* Expert understanding of the High Net Worth market.* Trainer and mentor for General Adjusters who are interested in becoming an EGA.* Representing the company in interactions with members, agents, as well as internal stakeholders in underwriting, product management, and finance.* Responsible for working with outside and inside counsel on litigated matters.* Keeping agents advised of claim status and payments and maintaining relationships through quarterly agency visits and company-sponsored events. Currently licensed in all states (required). Independent Adjuster License current for handling E&S claims.
