Out to seek better opportunities and a greater life, my parents moved to the US before I was born, making me a first-generation Pakistani-American in my immediate family. Growing up in an increasingly digital age fascinated me, as I could see all the opportunities a digital world can provide. As I grew older, I began to understand the significance of my parents’ choice and the importance of helping people through digital opportunity, and my heart has drawn to be more involved in our community’s technology spaces since. This has led me to keep multiculturalism and emerging technology ingrained in everything I do from volunteering to my education, to my profession and even overall personal beliefs. Being multilingual in English, Hindi, and Urdu allows me to build relationships with a larger, diverse user base. With a degree in Communication and an MBA, I’m an experienced Business Analyst with four-and-a-half years of experience in various technology and operations-based roles. My passions lie in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project planning, and seeking process efficiencies. Building strong relationships with end-users and business partners is the best way to ensure long and short-term goals are better understood. Communication is most important so working with staff and end-users across the country allows for better insight and collaboration with my teams.In the analyst space, I focus on working with end-users, internal staff, and leadership team members to resolve technical service inquiries and support them by sharing operational knowledge and expertise. My ability to analyze data and trends allows me to identify emerging issues and help implement solutions to increase efficiencies and improve productivity.At IMC Companies, I serve as the primary point-of-contact with driver technology matters and execute many enterprise-wide solutions, including standardizing a formal process for driver technology equipment purchases, auditing driver technology equipment for working inventory, and successfully retiring legacy devices as part of our device refresh, thereby supporting 2500+ company and owner-operated drivers.
