I am a Chief Impact Officer and executive coach who partners with organizations and leaders to turn purpose into measurable outcomes and sustained transformation.Currently, I serve as Chief Impact Officer at Bottom Line, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting students from low-income backgrounds to persist in college and graduate prepared for meaningful careers. In this role, I lead impact strategy, learning, and accountability—ensuring that mission, data, and lived experience are tightly aligned to drive results at scale.Alongside my executive leadership work, I am the founder of ARYLIE, a coaching practice that supports senior leaders to lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity—especially amid complexity, growth, and change. I am a liberatory-trained coach through Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and bring a systems-level lens shaped by both executive responsibility and deep relational practice.Over the course of my career, I have held senior leadership roles including Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Foundation Program Officer, Fundraiser, External Affairs Officer, and Lobbyist across K–12 education, higher education, nonprofit, energy, and healthcare sectors. I have led and influenced work across New Jersey, Los Angeles, and New York City, partnering with boards, executives, funders, and communities to navigate growth, accountability, and impact.I am particularly drawn to work at the intersection of:Strategy and executionLeadership development and organizational effectivenessEquity, impact, and systems changeI believe effective leadership is both rigorous and human—and that organizations achieve their greatest impact when leaders are supported to lead from alignment, integrity, and vision.
