Working in HR operations as an SME with a team of 6 (4 core members & 2 support members) members & taking care of the entire North America(Shared Services) Background Investigation process which includes:Background Investigation process Activities: Initiating Background Investigation (BI) process for the candidates using particular vendors such as HireRight & First Advantage Working in softwares which includes SAP & Taleo (oracle) Sending BI status reports to the client, Validating the BI cases if any discrepancy occurs, coordinating with the candidates and the client to resolve the issue. Handling general & Adhoc queries, report requests from clients/recruiters/onshore. Directly working with onshore/client/Vendors for streamlining the onboarding process Escalation handling and maintaining quality of work in the process. Preparing and updating SOPs and policies as required Preparing BGV reportsTeam Activities: Assigning monthly Work allocation to the team members & give them monthly feedback on their performances. Maintaining daily work count of the individual team members & provide team assistance. Providing trainings to new joiners, offshore employees, providing assistance to onshore employees and taking assessments.
