With over 10 years of experience in heavy industry, I have a strong background in Project Management, Process Improvement, Reliability Engineering, and Maintenance Management. I have successfully led teams in various roles, including Reliability teams, Engineering teams, Storeroom teams, and Maintenance teams. I have also implemented SAP CMMS Systems, Prometheus Planning/Scheduling and Mobile applications, and developed RCFA and RCM processes. My goal is to leverage my expertise and skills to optimize the performance and efficiency of manufacturing systems.As a Regional Reliability Integration Leader at Novelis, I work with 16 plants to ensure the implementation of the Planned Maintenance Pillar of the World Class Manufacturing system. I am also a global certified trainer for this pillar, which is part of the Planned Maintenance Global Master Pillar.
