   I\'m grateful to lead a nonprofit that empowers diverse professionals through a transformational journey centered on reflection, community service, and authentic leadership development.At MCLP, leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all, it begins with each individual. Participants are encouraged to lead with courage, cultural awareness, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives.In this role, I collaborate closely with our board, alumni, mentors, and partners to sustain and grow a program that reflects the lived experiences and potential of the communities we serve.Key areas of focus:• Leading a values-based curriculum grounded in servant leadership and personal growth• Expanding access through scholarship development and sustainable fundraising• Strengthening alumni and partner engagement through our MCLP Circle of Support• Honoring participant and alumni stories through trust-based communications and brand strategy• Cultivating a consistent, inclusive, and mission-aligned experience across all regionsAt MCLP, we don’t just develop leaders, we help people recognize the leader they already are.
