About Sharla Smith Hardin
Sharla Hardin has worked in the commercial Fire, Life Safety & Security industry for 25 years leading successful teams across the country. For the last 5 years she has focused specifically on growing the Georgia market for Convergint across multiple vertical markets. She worked previously with Stanley Security leading a team of national sales consultants in a new market segment within the global financial vertical growing the business by triple digits for 3 consecutive years. She is hands-on in the field with her teams and enjoys creating positive & fun work environments that achieve and celebrate success. She also has her CAT-1 certification. In her spare time, Sharla owns a digital marketing company, was the Chief Digital Social Officer for VIDI Space (then Qosm), is a new filmmaker herself with her production company, Trade Wulf Films. Sharla also volunteers for Explore.org as a camera operator. Sharla attended the University of Georgia where she played basketball on the SEC championship team. She lives in Georgia with her two children. They enjoy traveling, art, playing music, paranormal investigating & cheering on the Dawgs!
