About Shannon Bell
With over a decade of experience in support my ability to empathize makes me a very user centered thinker so transition to UX was a no brainer. With over six years of work experience in the ad blocking software industry, I worked as a user researcher at Adblock, Inc. I conducted UX research and tested early concepts to improve our products and user satisfaction. Currently I work at Material Plus doing User Research for clients like Meta and Sephora. I have a Masters in UX Design and I\'m currently pursuing a Phd in Information Science and Learning Technology. I am passionate about user research and support, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented colleagues to deliver the best possible experience users.
