Maintain and enhance the TPRM governance framework, including policies, standards, procedures, and control documentation. Drive strategic initiatives to mature the TPRM program, including implementing new technology and tools, refining processes, automating workflows, and ensuring alignment with key business units and risk disciplines. Develop and maintain program dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, and executive reporting for risk committees, Senior Leadership and Board of Directors. Track program compliance, exceptions, and issues to inform risk-based decision making. Identify program gaps or inconsistencies and drive remediation plans. Coordinate responses to internal and external audits and regulatory exams related to third-party risk. Monitor relevant regulatory changes and FFIEC guidance to maintain TPRM program alignment. Create and deliver relevant and valuable training/ guidance to business units on TPRM processes and best practices. Conduct and oversee risk assessments and due diligence reviews of third parties, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
