As VP of Capital Markets, I thrive in unstructured, ambiguous environments.I formulate and implement strategies that lead to exponential growth and top market positions, rolling up my sleeves to get it done with exacting standards, inclusiveness, and humor. Here is what I offer:GREENSTONE CAPITAL MARKETSIn 2010, I began as the sole credit analyst in Greenstone Capital Markets (“GSCM”) where I assisted the SVP, VP’s, and Lending Officers with credit analysis for the entire portfolio which consisted of approximately $1.44 billion in commitments. Since then I was promoted to Lending Officer/Relationship Manager, and then VP of Capital Markets. I now manage 32 accounts with ~$430 million in commitments, created and implemented an annual portfolio strategy, organized and led a team tasked with identifying new prospects and managing eligibility standards and policy, and helped train three new analysts that currently assist the GSCM department with what is now a $2.03BN portfolio.LEVEL UPLevel Up is an online marketing company I formed with a partner in 2012 to team up with advertising agencies in Michigan and help them provide SEO solutions to their local and national customers. With two partners, we developed a business plan and go-to-market strategy that enabled us to maintain 100% ownership, operate part-time, grow it slowly over 4 years, and have fun.
