Working with multiple teams to ensure that IBM HR systems are working correctly and that processes and procedures are in place to remove any potential audit exposures.Role has now changed over the last couple of years to include the following:Payroll Transformation - moving from internal country based systems to a single vendor (ADP).HRMS Transformation - working as part of the Integrations team, acting as both a DQA (Data Quality Analysis) and BA (Business Analysis), stepping the various systems used across multiple countries, and transforming to a centralized platform, ensuring all country requirements have been implemented to keep the HRMS -> Payroll data moving appropriately. Also acting in a support role, guiding and advising on the best solution for the issues raised at the time.
