Their primary focus is advanced support of our managed security services. Additionally, the team is responsible for driving the Security program / controls that help protect our shared infrastructure and help us meet our SOC2 compliance requirements.• In charge of Data Center Operations. The team is responsible for cost analysis, order management, IT assets management, and vendor relationship management for all our regional data centers.• Oversee our Network Engineering team responsible for design, support, and maintenance of our core service provider network. • Lead the Unified Communications team responsible for design, support, and maintenance of shared collaboration platforms. These platforms deliver VoIP, instant messaging, and contact center services for over 100 customers and 6500 users.• Provide direction to our Data Protection Team which is accountable for our backup and recovery products and related infrastructure. Overall, the team provides disaster recovery services for approximately servers and 3300 workstations.• Guide the Systems Engineering team responsible for design, support, and maintenance of our core systems infrastructure. This includes physical/virtual infrastructure and public cloud environments delivering services to our customers and customer facing support teams. Their primary focus is Microsoft systems engineering and public cloud technologies
