With over five years in leadership roles and two decades of work experience in Human Resources, I currently serve as Senior Vice President - Capability, Culture & Talent Development at NAB. I have successfully established and led the Capability, Culture, and Talent Development Centre of Excellence (COE) for NAB’s India entity, supporting the growth and learning of over 4,200 colleagues. My expertise lies in talent strategy, digital learning, and succession planning, with a focus on navigating complex global matrixed environments to implement impactful learning initiatives and leadership programs. At NAB, I work alongside the India CEO and executive team to design and execute talent strategies that promote leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
