Working as Equipment Package (Static and Rotating)/ Project Engineer for EPC Works handling various Mechanical Static and Rotating Equipment’s.Worked as a Mechanical / System Engineer in EPC works with domain knowledge of design and review of various Plant packages/ Equipment’s.My scope of responsibility includes: As a Project Engineer, Monitoring & Managing the Project Engineering schedule, Conducting Technical Review Meeting with Customer, Ensuring Timely submission of Engineering Deliverable to Customer and follow up, Vendor Engineering Progress review and Follow ups, Conducting Internal Engineering Progress Review Meeting, Customer Review Meeting to establish the engineering progress on track. Preparation of Equipment sizing, Mechanical datasheets, Preparation of Requisition specification, evaluation of the various vendor offers followed by technical bid evaluation, procurement technical specification & review of vendor drawings / documents, Design calculation, fabrication drawings. Proposal engineering and BOQ Est. Reviewing and Implementation of PFD, P & ID, Plot plan layout, structural drawings, piping drawings which are involved with the equipment/package. Review of 3D Model during 30%, 60% and 90% Model Review. Coordinating with clients and vendor for designing a safe and feasible system based on latest available standards. Project Co-ordination, Cost Estimation, Vendor management, Engineering support to site and cost optimization for the project An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills & honed analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
