Current position- Leads team of web content management experts who provide premium support for the National Security Agency, DOD Inspector General Ukraine Oversight, DOD All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, and Army Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness for the Department of War Information Activity\'s Web Enterprise Business Program- Directed content migration and modernization initiatives for DOD Inspector General, National Security Agency, and Department of the Navy; transitioning legacy sites to secure, responsive, and user-focused platforms - improving navigation, accessibility, and compliance with DoD and federal web standards- Collaborated with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and public affairs specialists to deliver high-impact web content and campaigns, increasing engagement and enhancing the visibility of DoD missions to global audiences.Accomplishments:In addition to his previous role as the Navy portfolio manager and current content services manager duties, Mr. Grever was handpicked to build a public website for the Special Inspector General for Operation Atlantic Resolve (SIG OAR) detailing U.S. government oversight of funds and resources provided to Ukraine and presenting quarterly oversight reports provided to Congress. His team completed the initial website in only 11 weeks and was instrumental in the SIG OAR team receiving multiple Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) awards for outstanding creativity and innovation.
