Lead daily charter team of 30 individuals and assist with problem solving, sourcing, reporting, and development of creative selling and fulfillment solutions. Responsible for managing career growth and development of employees, promoting teamwork, and cross-functional partnership among team members. • Manage 100 aircraft vendors/charter service providers, which comprises of a budget of $375M in charter sales and subcontract services. • Ensures customer satisfaction through proactive account management, client visits, and crew engagement. Performs follow up on service discrepancies and/or customer dissatisfaction. Creates and implements course-correction action plans to remedy dissatisfaction and achieve team client retention goals. • Analyzes charter aircraft activity and pricing trends and summarizes into weekly reporting and dashboards to support strategic reviews and discussions with executive leadership. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to demand plan, review financial reporting, and manage customer satisfaction.
