We have multiple office locations across US, UK, Canada and offshore locations in India.Clients Handled: US Cellular, Tyco, ADT, Coca-Cola, Overstock.com, Ameriprise Financials (AMF), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Ericsson, IBM, Lanners Group, GoPro etcResponsibilities: • Conduct daily team meetings reviewing all recruiting activities as well as coach and mentor the teams while building an effective team atmosphere.• Report on team metrics in an effort to build a successful recruiting team.• Handling Clients like US Cellular, Tyco, ADT, Coca-Cola, Overstock.com, Ameriprise Financials (AMF), Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Ericsson, IBM, Lanners Group, GoPro etc• Managing a team of 14 Recruiters.• Providing guidance, instruction and direction to team members.• Team Leave Management.• Attending Conference Meetings with Clients.• Attending Client Supplier Calls and understanding the need of client.• Target Setting/Performance appraisal to team members.• Responsible for team targets that includes Daily, Weekly and Monthly Targets with respect to submittals, interviews and placements.• Designed process flow and documentation for recruiting process.• Primary customer point of contact for multiple VMS portals.• Business analysis reporting to executive management on a weekly basis.• Preparing Daily and Weekly Reports.• Participating in decision making Leadership Meetings.
