I am a banking executive with more than 20 years of experience in retail banking, digital transformation and large-scale financial product development. Today I lead APEX BANK — a premium, technology-driven financial institution and one of the strategic pillars of the APEX ecosystem (banking, insurance, real estate, leasing, tourism). My professional path includes leadership roles in Uzbekistan’s largest financial organizations, including CEO of Uzum Bank (formerly Apelsin), Deputy Chairman at Kapitalbank, Chairman of Asia Alliance Bank, and multiple executive positions focused on retail, payments, cards and digital finance.
