   Organize, establish, implement and control project specific procedures for administration of project including finance, procurement, and accounting.• Responsible for collecting all committed, expended and forecasted costs associated with project to formulate budget revisions as required and to report financial results throughout the course of the project.• Reconcile project budget ensuring legitimacy and collection of all project related costs. Report deviations or potential deviations from budget. • Prepare Budget for AFE and liaise with HQS and Rig accounting groups to develop work breakdown structure (WBS) codes that are compliant with current corporate accounting policies. • Assist Project Manager in the administration of project contract and vendor contracts including contractual obligations, change order approval / processing and tracking of outstanding issues and potential conflicts. • Develop system for control and maintenance of project documentation that complies with financial audit standards as well as project closeout requirements. Such documentation includes but not limited to PO’s, quotations, invoices, taxation and customs issues, contracts, project approvals and communication. • Track and forecast all time and materials including contractors, subcontractors and service engineers. Monitor and check labor invoices to ensure costs are compliant with the terms of contract. • Review contractor invoices for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with the contract and initiate corrective action for erroneous charges.• Maintain project and contract change logs as well as the project WBSs.• Assist Project Manager with financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
