About Rob Wolfe

Since childhood, curiosity led me on many interesting journeys, like taking things apart in my garage to see how they work, or exploring new places on my bike. As an adult, curiosity drove me to backpack around the world alone through more than 50 countries on 6 continents over 2 years, where I learned much about our planet and the people who share it with us. These experiences help me connect with people everywhere, appreciate their unique perspectives on life and, most importantly, to keep learning new things.At work, my curiosity drives me to understand everything I can about the people, processes and technology that drive organizations. My favorite way to learn about my clients\' business is by \"riding along.\" Sometimes its in a police car, touring a manufacturing floor, observing agents in a contact center, visiting a design center, hospital campus, corporate office or retail stores. These experiences enable me to learn different processes, objectively document business challenges and collaborate with my clients to deliver valuable technology solutions to transform their business and enhance user experiences. I enjoy learning something new each day and sharing success stories that inspire people to create their own vision for achieving business outcomes.

I work with major Public Safety agencies (law enforcement, fire & EMS) agencies across the West to deploy Real Time Awareness solutions that improve outcomes in the field.I focus on drone and counter drone capabilities.• Guide agencies through Drone as First Responder programs• Show how Axon Air integrates live video, mapping, and tactical data• Use my background with tactical drones, remote operations, and flight systems to design mission workflows• Help command staff understand detection, tracking, and interdiction options for counter drone operations• Connect Axon Air (drones), body cameras, sensors, and dispatch systems into one real-time common operating pictureI run full sales cycles.• Discovery with command staff, aviation units, and RTCC teams• Live demos of air, video, and situational awareness tools• Build business cases that tie operational needs to measurable outcomes• Coordinate training, deployment, and post launch support with Axon’s technical teamsI work with agencies that need fast, reliable situational awareness and I help them adopt modern drone and counter drone programs that support officers, protect communities, and strengthen real time decision making.
