Responsible for full recruitment cycle of high volume recruiting from, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for Deck & Engine candidates positions ranging anywhere from 20 - 60 openings at any given time, for Coastal Cruise.• Commitment to, and passion, for creating the best experience for candidates.• Provide consistent communication and client service to business owners, as well as, candidate throughout the recruiting process.• Work closely with the scheduling team to identify projected openings, recruit directly and/or coordinate high-volume recruiting with hiring partners to ensure projected needs will be met.• Staying abreast on employment certifications, licenses and regulatory requirements.• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine requirement scope, customize recruiting processes, and candidate criteria.• Oversee recruitment activity involving international candidates who need visas and provide guidance on visas processing.• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top tier passive talent, and market NCL as an employer of choice, while creating a candidate pipeline.
