As a Country Representative at UEBT, I work at the intersection of people, nature, and ethical trade — advancing sustainable agriculture systems that protect biodiversity and empower farming communities.With over a decade of international experience across Turkey, the Balkans, Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, I specialize in regenerative farming, biodiversity conservation, climate adaptation strategies, and sustainable supply chains. I’ve worked extensively with smallholder farmers, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders, supporting them in designing and implementing agroecological practices and ethical sourcing systems.My academic background includes two MSc degrees in food engineering and sustainable agriculture (AgrisMundus), with strong foundations in research, education, and systems thinking. I am also a certified auditor of Rainforest Alliance and UEBT standards, and have led numerous trainings and evaluations in both field and policy contexts.Passionate about ecosystem restoration, local development, and farmer-centered innovation, I aim to contribute to a future where food systems are both ecologically resilient and socially just.
