I’m a DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting production AWS environments in enterprise and regulated fintech settings. My focus is on building, operating, and supporting reliable, secure, and scalable cloud platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code, container orchestration, and automation.I work extensively with AWS services including EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS/Aurora, IAM, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, and ELB, and I have strong experience managing Kubernetes workloads on EKS. I use Terraform and Ansible to provision and maintain infrastructure in a consistent, repeatable way, reducing manual effort and configuration drift across environments.I have solid experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD, enabling controlled and reliable deployments for both application and data workloads. I’m comfortable working in GitOps-style workflows and collaborating closely with development, data, and platform teams to support smooth releases.In my current role, I support a cloud-based data platform on AWS, working alongside data engineers running Apache Spark workloads on EMR and analytics pipelines backed by Amazon Redshift. I help ensure platform stability, performance, cost optimisation, and secure access through well-managed IAM roles and policies.Observability and operational excellence are key parts of my work. I’ve implemented and supported monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, and the ELK stack, improving visibility into system health and reducing incident detection and resolution time. I’m experienced in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to clear documentation and runbooks.Previously at Capgemini, I supported large-scale AWS production environments, improved deployment reliability through automation, and was recognised with the “Helping Hand Award” for proactive support and resolving critical technical issues.I’m a collaborative, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and supporting teams in delivering reliable cloud and DevOps solutions.
