Financial management of the VGL Group – a leading Polish logistics service provider with annually revenue over 600M PLN and 500 employees. Supervision of proper functioning financial and administrative processes incl. the implementation of activities increasing the Group\'s operational efficiency. Direct supervision of the: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Administration Departments Active support of the Management Board in corporate requirements fulfillment, ownership supervision and in M&A activity. Key responsibilities- Increasing operational efficiency with ensuring the smooth functioning Backoffice Departments- Defining evaluation criteria (KPI’s), analysis and evaluation effectiveness of actions taken incl. recommendations for further optimization and automation- Liquidity management incl. cash flow planning, cooperation with banks financing the Group\'s operations- F/X risk management- Working capital management incl. supervision of processes: contractors verification, settlements, debt collection, complaints, management of credit limits and payment terms- Monitoring and optimization cash conversion cycle- Supervision of the budget process- Management and development of the internal control system- Supervision of management reporting and financial statement process preparation- Financial planning incl. modeling- Taxes incl. monitoring of tax regulations changes regarding the Group\'s operations and implementation procedures ensuring compliance with the legal provisions of tax settlements- Supervision of Administration Department in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative services for the Group entities incl. real estate, fleet and asset management.
