Leadership means taking responsibility in complex situations and turning ambiguity into clarity and results. In practice, this means for me leading large scale programs, owning delivery end to end, and guiding global teams through complex and high pressure environments with clear decisions and accountability.With more than a decade of leadership experience, I have built, led, and stabilized teams in both direct and functional leadership roles across consulting and IT organizations. This includes responsibility for eight teams with more than 70 employees, where my focus extended beyond day to day management to scaling capabilities, strengthening delivery structures, and developing sustainable organizations.Alongside people leadership, I have consistently taken responsibility for complex delivery landscapes, aligning teams, stakeholders, and objectives to ensure reliable execution and long term stability. My role often required balancing short term delivery pressure with the need to build structures, processes, and leadership capacity that endure beyond individual initiatives.I bring nearly 20 years of IT experience, rooted in SAP consulting and enriched by broad industry exposure, with a strong focus on retail, manufacturing and automotive environments for over a decade, as well as extensive experience in retail. This background enables me to bridge business strategy, technology, and execution, particularly in global and distributed settings.My leadership style is hands on, positive, and pragmatic. I am most effective in complex and high pressure environments, where clear direction, constructive decision making, and trust based collaboration are essential. I am known for creating focus, enabling teams to perform at scale, and guiding organizations safely through challenging phases of change.In the end, leadership is about creating confidence in uncertain situations and progress where others see complexity.
