Managing the processes and resources aligned with the execution of client requests. • Interacting with clients on a daily basis and answering questions regarding production status, project or application inquiries for campaigns and projects. • Developing workflows, documentation, reporting, schedules and capacity planning to support the ongoing needs of one or more clients. • Creating and maintaining a Campaign Process Playbook for each assigned account which documents workflows, policies and the rules of engagement that indicate mutually agreed turnaround times for messaging of varying complexity. • Managing conversations with the client with regard to approval deadlines, the impact or consequences of delays and re-work and rush requests. • Managing the issue escalation process for send errors or service level agreement (SLA) violations. • Providing training as required on the functionality of our web-based application. • Helping clients interpret the results of their cross-channel marketing campaigns.
