Responsible for completing 100% of required exercises and reporting results in accordance with CNIC guidelines to include two (2) Reliant Series and two (2) Major Series exercises annually, additionally coordinate and develop Mass Casualty Incident, Sexual Assault and Reporting (SAPR) drills, and develop Environmental Spill Incident in support of environmental related incident- Effectively monitor and manage installation civilian training with goals of achieving 100% notification and completion percentage above 70% for annual training requirements. Provide tracking and training media to complete mandatory Department of the Navy (DON) training, to include but not limited to: Cyber Awareness, Active Shooter Practical Exercise Training. Track and provide reporting on Supervisory Training for all designated Military and civilian supervisors of personnel in APF and NAF positions- Manage, coordinate and complete Planning Board for Training (PB4T) as scheduled and approved by the Executive Officer. Conduct PQS training for Installation Training Team (ITT) and submit Letters of Designation for Training Team members and leaders.
