ABOUT SCOTT GRANT

I help schools, state associations, and athletic leaders navigate the rapidly evolving world of high school Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) with clarity, compliance, and confidence.Recognized as a national voice in High School NIL policy education, I’ve partnered with state athletic associations, keynoted conferences, and advised superintendents, athletic directors, principals, and coaches across the country on NIL policy, education, and risk management. My work focuses on turning confusion into clear, actionable guidance that keeps students safe and schools protected. My professional background bridges education and athletics. I’ve served as a high school athletic director, teacher, coach, and board member, followed by leadership roles in Division I athletics operations. Today, I serve as Chair of Graduate and Advanced Licensure Programs in the College of Education at the University of Findlay, while leading Triple Threat Leadership and NIL-Education.com—two initiatives dedicated to leadership development, communication, and NIL education for schools and educational organizations. At the core of my work is a simple mission:to help educators and leaders build safe, compliant, and educationally sound NIL environments that protect students, support families, and strengthen school communities.I believe NIL education isn’t about chasing opportunities, it’s about building systems, setting standards, and leading with purpose.“Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education.”—Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. s••••@triplethreatleadership.com | /@DocGrantEdu
