Forgive me - I have never been good at speaking about myself, but here it goes:I have an, unfortunately, incurable curiosity of how everything works. This has lead me to have an interest in all fields from medical to technology as well as a desire for learning - My main goal in life is to experience as much as possible.I value passion as a trait and incorporate it in all areas of my life. Some of my greatest passions are for learning and growth. I feel if I am not growing then I am not working towards anything - stagnancy is an affliction I hope to never catch. Another of my passions is creating and working on projects, really overall making an impact. I love to watch and impact the growth and development of others, especially with transferable skills outside of work.I have a tendency to build long lasting connections through trust and open, honest communication (fun fact, most people just want to feel HEARD). I have always been good with people, this has allowed me to hone my ability to read people and quickly assess what makes them tick to open communication and talk to them in a way that works best for them. I am looking to get back into a field where I can make that impact, have goals, learn as much as possible, be continuously engaged and challenged as well as continue to grow while helping others grow.I am a go-getting person and will not be discouraged when I am working towards a goal. I have an appetite for research and will take the time on the front end to minimize personal gap areas whether it be skills and/or knowledge. I find genuine joy in problems, puzzles, overall anything to \"fix\" using creative solutions - seriously, at 2 years old I was the repairman for the daycare my mother ran! I have cultivated the ability to assess potential future areas of concern before they arise and proactively creating plans and processes to solve them prior to becoming an issue. Along with this, I thrive on constant change where I can foster my aptness to adapt/pivot frequently, specifically environments with recurrent trial and error periods.Overall, I am motivated by making others\' lives easier and having something to show that I can put my name on. I am driven to be the best in everything I do (competing with my past self is a hobby of mine. I flourish in environments with a healthy balance of fun and goal orientation. In my free time, I read, play with my 3 puggos and work on different courses and certifications to further my knowledge and skills.
