For more than two decades, I\'ve been driven by a simple principle: Just start.Where many see barriers, I see opportunities. This led me to begin my career in Shanghai and its real estate market. Through determination and an immersive approach to understanding Chinese culture and business—including learning Mandarin thanks to friendly Shanghai taxi drivers—I pioneered several groundbreaking projects and founded China\'s first carbon-neutral hotel brand, URBN Hotels and Resorts.Today, I bring this global perspective with local insight to Los Angeles as co-founder of Relevant Partners. My approach combines disciplined thinking with creative freedom, always seeking undersupplied markets and asking not just “What\'s missing?” but “What\'s possible?” This philosophy has served me well across Southeastern Asia and now California.In real estate development, I\'ve learned that true luxury isn\'t about lavish amenities—it\'s about creating spaces that foster connection and enrich lives. Our latest project, The Ranch at Coachella Valley, embodies this vision perfectly. Just two hours from Southern California and neighboring the iconic Coachella Music Festival grounds, it exemplifies what community can become when we blur the lines between home and hospitality.
