Responsible for all accounting functions for Complete Health Partners, Inc. and 5 subsidiaries (~$380M in revenue) • Instrumental in developing Value-Based Care accounting policies and procedures for the hybrid FFS and VBC business model. • Integrated accounting for 8 acquisitions over a 2-year period, both equity and asset. • Selected and implemented information systems to support the company’s rapid growth (NetSuite, ADP Workforce Now, SAP Concur and AvidXchange). • Developed monthly reporting package for company leadership and PE firm, recognized by PE firm as best reporting by any of their portfolio companies. • Developed a net revenue calculation using the Excel Data Model that is used for monthly physician compensation and revenue recognition resulting in time savings and enhanced analytics.
