SAM-Project- SAP Asset Manager Project. Digitalization of paperwork for Maintenance techs, Supervisors and Maint. Planners. Was part of the team to design, test & build the SAM program. Was a SME(subject matter expert) for Freeport McMoRan planning processes and EMS standards on the project. Successfully rolled out to the Hydromet area of the Morenci mine. Is now being rolled out to other areas and mine site locations.Agile Projects-Was Corporate EMS, Planning & SAP- SME for Safford sites Lonestar 20/20 and Crush & Convey Delta Force Teams. Learned and utilized Agile project agility. Agility is a mindset. A culture of work through a continuous path of exploration, adaptation and learning, which seeks to generate value for the product or service in an evolutionary and incremental manner, based on people. Both Lonestar 20/20 and Delta force projects were geared for increasing tonnage through effiecently improvements in the mine and crush & convey sides of the mine.Freeport McMoran- SAP & planning SME for the Feel the Fuel Burn 1 million gallon fuel burn project on our 3516 caterpillar haul truck engines. Goal is to create maintenance strategy to have all mine sites reach an average of 1 million gallons of fuel burn average before engine replacement. Worked with Caterpillar engineers, Wagner, Empire, Ferreyros and Finning Cat Dealers from North and South America along with SME from all Freeport McMoRan mine sites.
