His experience ranges from Drive-thru Restaurants, Grocery Anchored Neighborhood Centers, and Regional Power Centers. With a strong focus of helping Tenants realize their growth strategies, Scott has successfully executed multiple store rollouts resulting in high performing store openings for various local, regional, and national brands. Scott is a collaborative broker known for his dedication to working closely with both clients and his internal SRS team all while leveraging his expertise to deliver tailored solutions. Not limited to just experience in Arizona, Scott has worked as a master broker assisting various emerging brands on their multimarket growth initiatives throughout the country including, Carvana, DriveTime and FedEx Office.
