ABOUT SCOTT DALY
I lead and scale high-performance execution teams in advanced manufacturing - focused on delivering complex programs with a level of predictability, cost control, and speed that most organizations struggle to achieve. What I’ve learned over the past two decades is this:Most projects don’t underperform because of technical complexity; they underperform because the execution system and team culture aren’t built to keep up with program requirements. My focus is building both.I’ve spent my career developing execution models that align commercial strategy, field delivery, and project controls into a seamless approach; where outcomes are repeatable, not dependent on individual effort. This approach has enabled- Over $1 Billion in client cost savings through structured tool install, basebuild and commercial strategies - 6x growth of execution teams supporting global advanced manufacturing programs - Expansion of services across scheduling, quantity surveying, estimating, procurement, design management, finance, and data analytics - Consistent delivery across high-demand manufacturing environments where speed and precision are criticalA key differentiator in my work has been applying unit-rate contracting and detailed bill-of-quantity structures (including development of a BOQ benchmark concept) to bring transparency, control, velocity and scalability to tool installation - one of the most complex and cost-sensitive phases of semiconductor projects.Just as important as the systems is the culture behind them.I build teams that take ownership, operate with clarity, and are aligned to measurable outcomes; not activity. The result is an environment where accountability is high, performance is consistent, and teams are able to scale without losing effectiveness. My experience spans leadership roles across major semiconductor hubs including Arizona, New Mexico, and Oregon, supporting some of the most demanding manufacturing programs in the world. In addition, I delivered project controls for oil & gas turnarounds in Southern California.I’m particularly interested in opportunities to- Bring structured execution and cost certainty to large-scale advanced manufacturing programs - Partner with owners and developers early to shape delivery strategies that reduce risk and improve outcomes - Build and lead teams that can scale rapidly while maintaining performance and culture
