With over ten years of experience in sales, operations and event management, I am a passionate and driven professional who thrives on delivering exceptional results and customer service. As a sales manager at Fogo de Chão, I oversee the sales strategy, ensuring that we meet and exceed our revenue and guest satisfaction goals.Previously, I was an event sales manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, where I planned and executed memorable and fun events for corporate and social clients, ranging from birthday parties to team-building activities. I leveraged my social media marketing skills to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and attract new and repeat customers. I also collaborated with the operations, marketing, and catering teams to ensure a smooth and seamless event experience for our guests. Before that, I worked as a lead bioprocess technician at Genentech, where I gained valuable experience and knowledge in the biotechnology industry. I was responsible for operating and maintaining the bioreactors, centrifuges, and filtration systems that produce life-saving drugs and vaccines. I also assisted in the quality control, documentation, and troubleshooting of the bioprocesses, adhering to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
