With a background in both technical logistics and engineering, I have garnered extensive experience across various roles in the industry. As a Project Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, I specialize in Agile project management using SCRUM methodologies, leading teams, and implementing tools for KPI automation. My expertise extends to integrated planning within the aviation sector utilizing Planisware E7, as well as conducting risk and cost analyses, and introducing ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA. Prior to this, I served as a Project Manager & Operational Excellence specialist at Kd-projekt-consulting GmbH Kd-pc, where I designed hall layouts using AutoCAD, conducted warehouse analyses and forecasts using SAP R/3, and optimized value chains for effectiveness and efficiency. I have a proven track record of leading teams and capturing processes effectively. During my tenure as a Werkstudentin at Dataport AöR Hamburg, I honed my skills in front-end development with R Shiny, and process automation using Reproducible Analytical Pipeline for statistical reporting. My academic background includes a Master of Science in Technical Logistics Engineering from the University of Hamburg, and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg, with a focus on automation technology and ergonomics. Overall, my diverse professional experience, combined with a strong academic foundation, equips me with a comprehensive skill set to excel in the fields of project management, logistics, and engineering.
