My responsibilities include- Assisting with the Data Migration Plan for moving large-scale healthcare data into the GainwellGenius platform- Performing data analysis, validation, and quality checks on Medicaid and commercial claims datasets (DMES & HCCD)- Supporting ETL workflows and data processing using Databricks, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Lambda)- Writing scripts to assist in data purging, auditing, and reporting readiness- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clean and accurate data flows into Power BI dashboards- Gaining hands-on experience in healthcare data governance, migration architecture, and decision support systems
